Banana Republic opened its first European store on Regent Street, London in March 2008 and its 2nd store in December 2009 at Brent Cross Shopping Centre, London. CENTRAL LONDON:
Sales Associate - Covent Garden StoreAs a sales associate you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in store experience. You will be an ambassador for the brand that has a natural passion for customer service.
You will be able to communicate confidently and use your product knowledge to engage the customer with the collection and build outfits.
We are looking to build a high performing team of service focused individuals that will be responsible for launching this exciting store within a new market.
As an Associate Manager you will be responsible for developing and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service. This will be an area that you are naturally passionate about and can be innovative in how you achieve this. You will support the SM and AMDR on delivering the brand strategy, which reflects the vision and incorporates the local market needs.
You will possess good communication skills, have the ability to work well in a team and influence people at all levels.
As a Supervisor you will support the management team in driving revenue, controlling costs and ensure that the store is delivering the best possible customer experience. Integral to the day to day running of the store you will deputise in your manager’s absence. You will drive the store team to achieve the highest possible results and act as a role model to motivate and direct others to give their best and exceed our customer expectations.
